Join the Barbell Challenge at Somerset Hills YMCA!
Come push yourself to new limits with the Y’s Barbell Challenge! This 3-day challenge consists of the Big 3 barbell exercises: Squats, Bench Presses, and Deadlifts. See how many reps you can perform with the weight lifted based on your own body weight. Weigh-ins will be conducted before the event to establish accurate weight.

- SQUATS: JULY 15
- BENCH PRESS: JULY 22
- DEADLIFT: JULY 29
TIME: 2:30PM – 4:30PM

COST: FREE TO MEMBERS
